Victor Olowe

Victor has over fifteen years in senior roles in professional regulation and regulatory compliance in the legal services sector. Subsequently, he has gained extensive experience as a non-executive with various boards and committees across a number of sectors including education and professional standards. As Vice Chair and governor of an adult education college since 2014, Victor has gained valuable experience on impactful educational governance and leadership. Victor draws on insights gained from his ongoing non-executive experience including as chair of a few committees to deepen his understanding of effective governance and to underpin his empathetic client approach. He also has hands-on experience of key aspects of the governance framework and making governance work in practice. He is passionate about supporting organisations to transform their governance arrangements and enhance their board effectiveness.
