Most faculty developers are given responsibility for improving teaching and learning outcomes without being given the resources they need to succeed. So we created a platform that allows faculty developers to offer the individualized CPD they know their faculty deserve that is scalable across entire teaching institutions, with the capacity to reach hundreds or thousands of educators at a time. We also added a unique range of social learning features designed to help busy faculty share best practices and learn and develop together.
