Rising Leaders: Midlands Opportunity

AoC Sport will be bringing their Rising Leaders pilot to the Midlands for first time in 2023.

Rising Leaders is a pilot funded by The FA and delivered by AoC Sport as part of their commitment to increase opportunities for female volunteers that aspire to work and volunteer within Football. This pilot is particularly focused on female applicants of Black, Asian, Mixed or other ethnic backgrounds underrepresented in football leadership.

The pilot consists of four residential events in 2023, with all accommodation and food expenses covered for participants. These events will provide bespoke leadership training, bring female leaders together to share their own experiences, hear from guest speakers from diverse backgrounds and network with other young people on wider FA leadership programmes.

Applications are now open for the Rising Leaders pilot with a deadline of Wednesday 19^th January 2023 at 5pm. Candidates can either apply or staff can nominate using the links below:
