College Fitness Games

The College Fitness Games is a fitness competition for AoC Sport member colleges and their students to compete to find out who the fittest student is. It has been created and coordinated in partnership with AoC Sport, Burnley College, The Academy Programme, and JST Compete.

The competition will comprises of three workouts for students to complete at college or a local gym during the Autumn term. There will be a leaderboard for staff and students and semi finals will be held in the North and South regions in February. The finals will take place at the end of March or beginning of April.

You can use the above forms to sign up for the College Fitness Games and submit your workout results. Alternatively, you can download the Excel submission sheet below, fill in the relevant information, and email it to sam.strickson@aoc.co.uk. We will then update the leaderboards accordingly.
