In our last staff survey:

The Association of Colleges including AoC Sport encompasses around 120 professionals who are passionate about the work of our member colleges and are committed to getting the best for them, their staff and students. Our employees pride themselves on the integrity they bring to their work both individually and as an organisation. We believe in colleges' ability to transform individual lives through education. We come to work knowing we can make a difference by supporting, representing and promoting colleges.

Our member services span policy development, sport competitions, volunteering opportunities, advice, advocacy, events and networking and we have many varied and interesting job roles in these areas.
