There are 54 Sport Associations in the Royal Air Force (RAF) which are made up of 88+ disciplines from Archery to wakeboarding and many more in-between. Within the RAF, the opportunities, challenges and advantages of RAF Sport are capitalised upon fully to enable the widest inclusivity, broadest involvement and highest competitive quality so that RAF Sport contributes fully to the generation of our combat capability and warrior spirit in the Whole RAF of today.
The RAF will be running a Batak Wall activity/challenge: a light board reaction game & potentially VR headsets in the foyer of David Ross Sports Village from Friday lunchtime onwards, including Sat eve, as well as a Mobile Recruitment Vehicle. The RAF Regiment team will be at Highfields and the RAF team will be joined by 8 members of the RAFs elite sports representing Netball, Hockey and Basketball. Come and meet the team, have a chat and discover how your sporting skills could lead to an exciting career in the RAF.
