HR Reference Group
Aim of the Group
The primary aim of this group is to build and maintain a community of HR professionals in AoC member colleges to facilitate the sharing of ideas and solutions to human resource management issues and challenges.
The group acts as conduit to seek and disseminate information, advice and guidance on workforce issues specific to the Further Education sector, including employment law, industrial relations and education policy matters and will facilitate two-way communication between AoC and its members.
The group will proactively identify strategic human resource management issues for colleges to stimulate debate and provide leadership on HR practice in the sector.
