The new CEO has created a unique new role, Deputy Chief Executive – People Experiences & Culture, to ensure that staff and students are prioritised at the highest level and that a strategic focus on people is a key driver in the future of the College. Leading a multi-functional team of HR and student support staff, the new post holder will develop and embed innovative and effective support services that will enable staff and students to thrive.
