Student Involvement
Students are an integral part of the AoC Annual Conference and Exhibition. Once again, we are delighted to offer opportunities for the students of AoC member colleges to gain work experience or perform at our flagship event. We've added some extra opportunities this year to allow us to welcome as many students as possible.
The closing date for ALL submissions is Friday 20 September 2024.
We have places available in:
- Artwork – (for display only on Tuesday 12 November and Wednesday 13 November)
- Photography – (for display only on Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November)
- Catering - (Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November)
- Waiter service - (Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November)
- Floristry (Tuesday 12 November)
- Event management (Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November)
- Massages and/or other therapies (Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November)
- Press and media journalism (Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November)
- Performing arts - Opening performance (Tuesday 12 November, AM) and conference drinks reception and awards dinner (Tuesday 12 November, PM)
Please note that eligible students will be required to demonstrate an adequate level of relevant skills and experience in the selected area, together with the maturity and enthusiasm required to assist a group of professional event managers and staff at the ICC, whose aim is to ensure the success of this well-established conference and exhibition.
