Dennis Simms, Head of Change for Education, Youth Endowment Fund
Dennis is the Head of Change for Education at the Youth Endowment Fund, a government funded what works centre which exists to prevent children and young people from becoming involved in violence. Dennis has previously worked as a Director of Post-16, an Alternative Provision Head of School and as a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Social Justice. He is the author of the Alternative Provision Quality Toolkit – a comprehensive guide to understanding and evaluating AP quality and the co-founder of Heads Forward which supports education leaders to work collaboratively, share best practice and improve the sector.
