Charlotte Lloyd, Reds Hair Company
The 21-year-old apprentice at Reds Hair Company in Ross on Wye, Charlotte, received a Medal of Excellence at WorldSkills Lyon 2024. Charlotte is no stranger to international competition and the challenges of working at the height of her profession, having won a bronze medal at last year’s European finals in Gdansk, Poland. She has recently been promoted to Senior Stylist at Reds Hair Company. Charlotte was awarded the John Barnes Award at the recent Welcome Back Team UK event at the Houses of Parliament. This award recognises the competitor who has made the greatest contribution to team morale throughout the cycle.
