Phoebe McMullen is a Youth Social Action Apprentice at Bournemouth and Poole College, Weymouth College and Wiltshire College. Phoebe delivers youth social action activities in all three colleges whilst completing her Level 3 Youth Support Worker Qualification which is delivered by Bolton College. This case study is on youth social action activity at Bournemouth and Poole College.

Youth Social Action provides personal development opportunities for young people by building on employability skills and offering new experiences. Apprentice Phoebe McMullen has worked within Bournemouth and Poole College to create opportunities for students that give them skills and experiences relevant to their future by connecting youth social action with curriculum studies and life outside college.
