Phoebe McMullen is a Youth Social Action Apprentice at Bournemouth and Poole College, Weymouth College and Wiltshire College. Phoebe delivers youth social action activities at all three colleges whilst completing her Level 3 Youth Support Worker Qualification, delivered by Bolton College. This case study is on social action activity at Weymouth College.

Phoebe McMullen has had a focus on working with students Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEETS). The impact of youth social action is not only on the local community and stakeholders, but also on the young people getting involved. Phoebe’s priority with the NEETS students has been to encourage student-led ideas in order to provide space for personal growth and skill development for the future.
