- T Level and T Level Foundation Year Provider Support Programme
T Level and T Level Foundation Year Provider Support Programme
As part of the Provider Support Programme, providers delivering or planning to deliver T Level and T Level Foundation Year programmes can access various strategic support options to aid in their planning and implementation.
See below for detailed information on each area of support we offer.
Events
We deliver a variety of events to help you and your colleagues develop the best T Level and T Level Foundation Year programmes you can. These can range from online webinars to large-scale conferences, to small networks and route-specific support.
The events brochure outlines the main advisor support and events programme, color-coded by provider type for easy identification. It includes a calendar of this year's events and booking links.
If you have any difficulty loading a booking link, please try again via a different browser. If you continue to experience difficulties, please get in touch.
Padlet
All providers have access to a T Level and T Level Foundation Year Padlet, an online resource bank with:
- Planning and delivery guides and templates
- Event presentations and recordings
- Video case studies
- Insights and resources from other providers
- Useful links specific to your program round
Mentoring Project
Your AoC T Level Advisor can broker meetings between providers on their caseload from earlier waves and newer waves, promoting the exchange of knowledge, skills, and experiences.
In addition, your AoC Adviser can create route-specific networks where providers can discuss delivery concerns and seek immediate solutions to specific issues. Providers will have the opportunity to discuss challenges, request assistance, share resources, and learn from each other’s good practices.
If you are interested in participating, please contact your AoC T Level Adviser or email us at tlevelsupport@aoc.co.uk
Peer Learning Networks
These T Level Foundation Year networks are collaborative platforms designed to facilitate the sharing of best practices, resources, and positive outcomes among providers. It’s a platform for questions, troubleshooting, and active participation in determining session agendas. Meetings occur termly or more frequently as needed.
We currently run five networks covering popular routes and topics:
- Business and Administration
- Education and Early Years (NEW)
- English, Maths and Digital
- Health and Science
- Schools (NEW)
To join a network, click the link below and fill out the form to receive notifications of future meetings and access to network resources. Alternatively, email tlevelsupport@aoc.co.uk with the subject “Join a Network.”
Newsletter
All T Level and T Level Foundation Year providers will receive a monthly digital newsletter. This key resource includes:
- Important news, updates, and sector developments
- Upcoming events and booking info
- Feedback from past events
- Provider insights and innovative practices
- Resources from AoC and external bodies
To join the mailing list or suggest content, please email tlevelsupport@aoc.co.uk
Podcast series
This podcast series, now in its second series of release since March-April 2023, is part of the T Level and T Level Foundation Year Provider Delivery Support, delivered by the Association of Colleges and funded by the Department for Education.
In this series, you will hear from a variety of current providers who share their experiences and offer personal advice and guidance on how to successfully plan and implement brand-new T Level and T Level Foundation Year curricula.
Each episode focuses on specific aspects to provide information, support, and direction, helping you navigate your T Level and T Level Foundation Year journey.
T Level Planner
The T Level and TL Foundation Year Planner is a free online tool designed to help you efficiently plan, track, and monitor progress for T Levels and TL Foundation Years within your organisation. With this tool, everyone involved in the planning process can easily access up-to-date information and stay aligned on your strategic goals.
Throughout the academic year, you will be encouraged to update the Planner at key points. Your AoC Adviser will provide full support, helping you navigate the tool, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical concerns to Mesma, the software developers.
Each user will receive an individual account to access the Planner. If you don’t have an account or are unsure, please reach out to us at tlevelsupport@aoc.co.uk for assistance.
