Mark Silverman
Mark has 30 years of successful experience within the further education sector and is passionate about the power of high-quality education and training to truly transform lives. Having twice served as a Principal and CEO of two large GFE Colleges, Mark has now spent several years providing consultancy in a range of areas, including; strategic planning, organisational and structural change, quality improvement, curriculum development and leadership coaching. This work has involved in supporting and challenging senior leaders and governing bodies in developing and delivering strategy. His wider work has included FE Colleges, Sixth-Form Colleges, Universities, local authorities, and employer-led organisations.
More recently, Mark has undertaken External Board Reviews, using his experience and understanding of good practice within the college sector to provide key recommendations insight to identify strengths and improve the impact of college governance.
