Governance
Good governance is essential to the successful running of colleges. We provide information, resources and services to support college governors, governance professionals and others concerned with developing excellence in governance.
External Board Reviews
AoC has worked on an independent analysis of a number of External Board Reviews (EBRs) across the Further Education sector to assess their impact and identify key learnings. This report provides valuable insights into best practices, common challenges, and recommendations for strengthening governance. This report offers practical guidance to support continuous improvement in college governance.
