Updated Government guidance on Fit for Work: Guidance for employers

Government has today published a revised version of the Fit for Work guidance for employers. It now incorporates a section that advises that 'Return to Work Plans' issued through Fit for Work can be accepted as evidence of sickness absence by employers in the same way as a GP fit note. The updated guidance is available on the Gov.uk website.
