Future Apprenticeships is offering you a chance to get ahead of the game with a package of support for providers looking to deliver the new apprenticeship standards in:

  • Healthcare Support Worker- at level 2
  • Senior Healthcare Support Worker- at level 3
  • Adult Care Worker- at level 2
  • Lead Adult Care Worker- at level 3
  • Leader/Practitioner in Adult Care- at level 5

The occupational action planning for apprenticeship standards in health and adult social care package starts on 20th September with a one-day workshop in Birmingham focusing on Planning for Delivery, a second one-day workshop, on 25th October concentrates on Delivery, and an online seminar in November explores Delivery Improvement.

By the end of the package you will have:

  • understood what can be done with the new standards/assessment plans
  • decided how to plan to deliver them, by putting together a transition plan
  • identified, logged and planned for potential risks or issues
  • identified questions which need to be answered by people inside your organisation, including curriculum and business development leaders
  • strengthened your employer offer
  • developed a plan for engaging frontline staff

Health and adult care are huge potential growth areas for apprenticeship provision. This package will give you a head start in delivering the new apprenticeship standards.
