This guidance is succinct, reader-friendly and includes a useful template policy which will assist colleges with policy drafting. Colleges can also find additional guidance and resources on managing bereavement produced by Cruse Bereavement Care. Colleges could also consider informing employees about the Helpline services for individuals suffering a bereavement which are offered by Cruse Bereavement Care.
