Disclosure & Barring Service checks – new form from 1 December 2014

From 1 December 2014, the Disclosure and Barring Service will no longer accept applications using the old paper application form and all applications submitted using the old form after this date will be rejected. The form was amended to reflect the legislation change which resulted in the filtering of old and minor convictions. The DBS have started sending out new supplies of application forms to every Registered Body that uses the paper application and will have completed this by end of October. To identify the new forms, the form reference number will begin with F01 at the top right-hand side.
