AoC HR Benchmarker Survey 2014

The AoC HR Benchmarker survey runs each year during the summer period to benchmark the size of college HR departments and the patterns of their growth over time. The report allows colleges to assess their ratio of HR staff to employees against other colleges and other industries.
Members have requested various up to date benchmarking data regarding college’s HR departments and also how recent financial and legislative changes have and will impact their operational and strategic approach. This year’s HR benchmarker survey asks new questions about HR professionals in the FE sector, by covering several key operational and strategic aspects, such as composition, pay, background-qualifications, outsourcing, future developments and networking.
