AoC Guidance on Industrial Action

Colleges will be aware that UCU intend to take strike action on 10 November 2015 against those colleges who were unable to meet their pay demand of £1 per hour for each employee. Our industrial action guidance is available for colleges on our website; it also contains a model letter that colleges can adapt and send to staff in advance of the strike action.
