The AoC Student of the Year awards celebrate truly unique students from AoC member colleges across England who deserve recognition and will go on to inspire others. The awards show the fantastic work that students are doing in colleges as well as the lengths colleges go to support their students.These awards are an opportunity to highlight outstanding and exceptional individuals and showcase their achievements, talents, and successes. These students have gone above and beyond to give back and positively impact their college and community.
Beacon Awards
Now in their 30th year, the AoC Beacon Awards showcase exactly why UK further education colleges are so important to every community and why people value them. The awards celebrate and showcase best practice and innovation and highlight excellence in the sector. They are designed to promote the interdependence of colleges, businesses, and professional and voluntary organisations and promote the far-reaching impact of colleges on their students and the communities they serve.
The FE Hall of Fame
The FE Hall of Fame honours outstanding contributions made by further education alumni. Colleges across the country are invited to nominate individuals who have completed qualifications at their institutions.
The Charitable Trust
Established in 1994, the AoC Charitable Trust is dedicated to advancing the education of individuals aged 16 and over. Our primary purpose is to raise, manage and oversee the application of funds to benefit and support post-16 education. Our vision is to help transform lives and communities through exceptional post-16 education.
