It will be based on the current Common Inspection Framework 2015 and handbook for FE and Skills, updated February 2018. AoC Create has tailored the Senior Leadership Management Development programme to ensure it remains relevant and meets the current and evolving development needs of leaders in the FE sector. This programme is about improving leadership in practice.
The programme aims to challenge and change behaviours, develop the personal qualities, leadership skills and high level management capability of senior leaders in the further education and skills sector, achieved through practical application of the learning to the workplace. Our facilitators will guide you through tools and techniques to apply to your own situations and challenges and equip you with the knowledge and skills to know ‘how to’ be a successful leader.
How to improve your Value Added Score Workshop

The workshop will provide delegates with an overview of Value Added and progress Methodologies and will support you to develop an action plan which can be implemented at your college. This action plan will look at the overall Level 3 progress measure as well as the English and maths progress measure. It will help you identify what you should do better at your college and what steps you should take to improve your score.
This practical workshop will include case studies to demonstrate how these colleges have achieved consistently high scores.
